Service charges and fees Instead of distributing your tips and thanks to individual crew members, we’ve made things simple with our approach to service charges and fees. Hotel service charge Each day you’re on board, a set, small amount will be added to your account to cover hotel and dining service charges. This ensures that all the efforts of the crew are recognized, from the head chef and your stateroom steward, to those who work behind the scenes to help make your voyage experience the best it can be. The service charge applies to all guests, and differs according to which accommodation you’re staying in. The service charge for Queens and Princess Grill Suites will be US$18 per person per day, and Britannia Staterooms will be US$16 per person per day. Other charges Bar charges A 15% service charge is automatically added to your on board account for each beverage purchase made in our bars or restaurants. This is then shared among all those who work in the beverage team. Spa and salon charges A 15% service charge is added to your on board account for purchases made in the spa and/or salon, however this can be removed, reduced, or increased as you see fit. Simply make your request to do so when you check out of the spa or salon. Corkage fee Should you wish to consume your own alcohol on board, outside of your suite or stateroom, you may do so, however a corkage fee will apply. This is in the amount of US$25 per bottle, subject to change. Additional tipping During your voyage, if you feel that any specific member of the crew has gone above and beyond, you should feel free to reward them with a personal tip over and above what is specified here.
